Rental Policies
Leisure RV Rentals LLC enforces the following policies to ensure that all our customers have access to the cleanest, most comfortable travel trailers in New Hampshire. Reservation Requirements
To inquire about a rental unit for your trip or special event, simply fill out the online reservation request. At that time, Leisure RV will contact you with a quote and pictures of the campers available during the requested time period.
Once your application has been approved and a $300 reservation deposit is made, your camper rental has been secured. We will then email you a confirmation letter, credit card receipt, and rental details to verify your dates. You also will be required to sign a contract highlighting the rental terms.
The reservation deposit becomes a security/damage deposit when you take possession of the travel trailer. It will be returned to you seven to 10 business days after the rental unit has been returned and inspected, assuming no problems are discovered.
Leisure RV Rentals reserves the right to substitute a travel trailer should the reserved rental unit be made un-rentable for any reason.
Leisure RV Rentals has the right to change your rental to accommodate the sleeping needs of your party or other customers.
No same-day rentals are accepted. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to process all paperwork and prepare the rental unit.
Renter Requirements
All renters must be minimum 25 years of age at time of rental and possess a valid driver’s license.
Renter must have a major credit card and photo ID, plus provide a valid postal address, email account, and two cell phone numbers.
Renter’s ID must match the name on the credit card being used to pay for the rental.
Renter must be present when camper is delivered and set up.
Rental Day
Rental is based on number of nights the travel trailer is used. Each night constitutes a rental day.
Departure and Return Times
All travel trailer are delivered and set up at the start of the rental period; at the conclusion, they are picked up and tanks are dumped.
Delivery and setup times will be coordinated with the renter, based on the check-in times at the desired camping facility. Pickup times likewise are driven by checkout times.
Renter must be present when camper is delivered and set up.
Payments and Security Deposit
A $300 travel trailer reservation/security deposit is required to secure the reservation, and must be submitted with the reservation request. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Full payment of rental fees is due two weeks prior to rental date.
Your security deposit of $300 is refundable when returned unit has been inspected and found to be free of damage. Although not limited to these items, common deductions from the security deposit include: damage to the rental unit, awnings, and evidence of smoking in the unit.
Any refund of the unused portion of the security deposit is made within seven to 10 business days of the return of the rental unit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the rental date will forfeit the $300 reservation deposit.
Cancellations made 31 days or more before the rental date will be assessed a $95 processing fee.
Smokers
We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy.
There is a $300 fumigation fee for rentals that have evidence of being smoked in. This charge is at the sole discretion of Leisure RV Rentals. The work is done by a professional contractor.
Pets
NO PETS ALLOWED!
This is strictly enforced.
Cleaning The RV
Leisure RV Rentals expects all units to be in the same condition at the end of a rental period as they were at the beginning. Normal living is accepted. If the unit cannot be sent out the same day for rescheduling, then a $150 cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit. We at Leisure RV Rentals take pride in our units, and we hope you do too!
Maintenance and Breakdown Responsibility
Malfunctions of the awning, air conditioner, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water heater, furnace, appliances, electronics, radio, and TV are not considered breakdowns, so no refunds will be given.
Each renter is given a cell phone number for Leisure RV Rentals to assist you with any questions that arise throughout your rental.
